Mr. 'Bade Adeshina is a man of immense wealth of experience both in Private and Public sectors of the Nigerian economy. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Finance from University of Lagos and obtained a Diploma in Information Science/Systems from University of Ibadan. He is a Fellow, Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), Fellow of the Institute of Directors (F.IoD), Fellow of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Fellow of Association of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers and Fellow of Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria. He is also a Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and has served in various Committees of all these Professional bodies mentioned.
He started his career as a Graduate Assistant/Senior Information Officer with the University of Lagos from where he moved to the banking sector. He has over thirty years experience in Financial Management Services in both Commercial and Investment banks in Nigeria amongst which are Afribank Nigeria Plc, (formerly Mainstreet Bank and now Polaris Bank Limited), Afribank International Bank Limited (Merchant Bankers) and Access Bank Plc. from Access Bank Plc he resigned his appointment as a General Manager to join CDL Asset Management Limited as the Pioneer Managing Director/CEO. He is currently the Chairman, Boards of Health Assur Limited which is a Health Management Organization (HMO) Company, and also Chairman - Crownhead Capital Limited, a Financial Advisory Firm.
He resigned his position with CDL Asset Management Limited in August 2013 on appointment to a Cabinet position as the Pioneer Special Adviser (Ministry of Economic Planning, Budget & Development) to the Executive Governor of the State of Osun. He is currently the Chairman, Goldfield Group, which comprises of organizations offering Financial and Management Consulting to High Net Worth individuals; Investment Advisory Services, Corporate and Project Finance Advisory Services, Securities Brokerage and Real Estate/Properties Development as well as Pension Funds Management. He has attended over fifty (50) courses both Local and International Training Programmes during the course of his career some includes the renowned business school, the prestigious Harvard Business School, USA, Wharton Business School USA, University of Pennsylvania USA, Insead Business School, Kellog Business School, Stanford Business School and Lagos Business School (AMP9).
He is currently on the Governing Council of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomoso-Oyo State, Nigeria. He is happily married with children. He is a Member of prestigious Ikoyi Club in the last two (2) decades.
Prince Adesegun Mohammed Ajibola - is currently the Managing Partner (Head of Chambers) of Bola Ajibola & Co, a leading, internationally acclaimed Arbitrators and Maritime Law practice with presence in Nigeria. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988, his expertise in the legal field includes but is not limited to Litigation, Commercial Law, Admiralty (Maritime Law), Arbitration, Trademarks & Patent Rights.
He is a member of various professional bodies which include: Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, Nigerian Institute of Directors, Securities and Exchange Commission, World Trade Centre (Nigeria), International Bar Association etc. He is a director in several business concerns, which include: Pine Hill Leasing Ltd. Investment 2000 Ltd, P.N.N Networks Ltd and several other companies. He became a Senior Advocate of Nigeria in August, 2011.
A result-oriented business manager with two decades of experience in the financial, ICT and Health service sectors, Tinuola holds an MBBS degree from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma as well as a Master's in Public Health both from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Her experience spans across strategic planning and operational management particularly in the private sector.
She has worked in various capacities in clinical medicine at Lagoon Hospital and St. Nicholas Hospital before veering into mainstream insurance. She joined Healthcare International Ltd, as the Head, Clients' Service Department then moved to Oceanic Health Management Ltd as one of three pioneer staff. She acted in various capacities and was appointed the Head of Network and Quality Management and later, Head, Risk Management.
She served at GlobeMed Healthcare Solutions, a multinational Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in 2013 as the Medical Director before leaving to head the Health Assur team in 2015.
He has two decades of experience spanning the Finance and Health Insurance fields. A graduate
of Banking and Finance from the Ogun State University; he was responsible for tax inspection and
budgeting for several years at the Lagos State Ministry of Economic Planning & Budget and the
Internal Revenue Service.
He joined Oceanic Health in 2008 as the Head of Informal Sector and Mass Markets, responsible for the development and coordination of products to mass and informal market sectors. The combination of health insurance knowledge as well as finance made him better aware of the lapses, and the potentials of the health insurance industry. He left Oceanic Health as the Head of Strategy in 2015 to join the Health Assur team.
