A versatile and resourceful business manager with two decades of pertinent experience in the health and allied sector, Olurotimi is a medical graduate of University of Ibadan (UCH) and an alumnus of the University of Port Harcourt Business School. He also has a Master's degree in Clinical Neuroscience from the King's College University of London. His experience spans across strategic planning, risk and operational management in the private sector. He has worked in various capacities in clinical medicine both in the United Kingdom and locally before venturing into insurance.
He joined Oceanic Health Management Ltd as Head of Oceanic Bank staff clinic and moved up the rank as the company's supervisor for the South & East Region and later the Abuja & North region before his appointment to management position as Head of Medical Operations.
He has two decades of experience spanning the Finance and Health Insurance fields. A graduate
of Banking and Finance from the Ogun State University; he was responsible for tax inspection and
budgeting for several years at the Lagos State Ministry of Economic Planning & Budget and the
Internal Revenue Service.
He joined Oceanic Health in 2008 as the Head of Informal Sector and Mass Markets, responsible for the development and coordination of products to mass and informal market sectors. The combination of health insurance knowledge as well as finance made him better aware of the lapses, and the potentials of the health insurance industry. He left Oceanic Health as the Head of Strategy in 2015 to join the Health Assur team.
Ms. Deborah Oladimeji has a degree (BSc) in Business Administration from Babcock University. She currently works with us as a Senior Manager and is the head of our Underwriting Department. She started her career as a Sales Executive in Faybun Limited. Her passion for superior customer service earned her the role as the Debt Recovering Manger at Pentagon Real Estate. Before her resumption with Health Assur Ltd, she was the Business Development Head at DHI Health limited and Welpro HMO Nigeria.
With over a decade's experience she is creative, craves a challenge and is highly result oriented and a self-starter. Ms Debby is a motivated team player who exceed goals. She possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pragmatic, with a focus on bottom line results, she has a track record of achieving and exceeding set standards of performance.
She has more than a decade's experience spanning the Accounting, Finance and Admin sectors. A graduate of Accountancy of Lagos City Polytechnic, Ikeja Lagos Nigeria; Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). She was responsible for Accounting & Finance for eight years at Pinconsult Associates Limited. She joined Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) in 2015 as the Finance & Admin Manager, responsible for the Finance and business administration of the chamber, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements of the Government and overseeing all members' financial transactions.
Her combined experience both in a profit-making organisation and a Non-profit organisation has been invaluable and help to prioritise quality service delivery to our Clients. She also worked with Sky Brothers Ltd as a Financial consultant before joining Heath Assur team.
