‘Bade Adeshina is a strong finance professional, consummate leader and Management Executive with almost four decades of professional experience across academics, commercial and investment banking, discount house operations (now merchant banks), asset management and public service. His career traversed both the Private and Public sectors in top leadership positions with an illustrious vocation in banking, ending at the C-suite level. ‘Bade has significant international exposure in terms of studies, trainings and professional engagements. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos and a Diploma in Information Science/Systems from the University of Ibadan. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School, Stanford University Business School, Kellogg Business School, Wharton Business School and Lagos Business School. He has been on study tour of several UK universities in the Russell Group and attended several conferences, workshops and courses both locally and internationally. A fellow of various professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN), Association of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers (IAPM), Associate Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers among others, ‘Bade’s experience and exposure has been put to good use at Board levels in industry-leading corporate entities. His advisory capacity is reckoned at both national and sub-national government levels and among community and faith-based organizations. He sits as Chairman of the Board of Health Assur Limited (HMO); Crownhead Capital Limited, Goldfield Group and Director on the Board of Premium Pension Limited (2017-June 2020), Apricot Investments Limited, CDL Capital Market Limited, among others. He was also a council member of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH). He has served in various capacities as Chairman and member of numerous Board Committees, including Chairman, Audit Committee, Premium Pension Limited; Chairman, Finance & General-Purpose Committee, LAUTECH University; Chairman, Audit Committee, Health Assur Limited; Chairman, Investment & Strategy Committee, Apricot Investments Limited; Chairman, State Tender Board, State of Osun, etc. He was a member of the Technical committee with IFC/World Bank on Financing Transaction/Acquisition of some PFAs and served as Special Adviser/Head, Ministry of Economic Planning, Budget & Development in the State of Osun in Sept. 2013 to Nov. 2014. ‘Bade is a leading advocate of several transformational processes both in the Nigerian economy and other developing economies. ‘Bade is a renowned speaker, facilitator and author of numerous publications both locally and internationally. Prince Adesegun Mohammed Ajibola – is currently the Managing Partner (Head of Chambers) of Bola Ajibola & Co, a leading, internationally acclaimed Arbitrators and Maritime Law practice with presence in Nigeria. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988, his expertise in the legal field includes but is not limited to Litigation, Commercial Law, Admiralty (Maritime Law), Arbitration, Trademarks & Patent Rights. He is a member of various professional bodies which include: Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, Nigerian Institute of Directors, Securities and Exchange Commission, World Trade Centre (Nigeria), International Bar Association etc. He is a director in several business concerns, which include: Pine Hill Leasing Ltd. Investment 2000 Ltd, P.N.N Networks Ltd and several other companies. Dr. Tinuola Akinbolagbe is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria (PSHAN), an organization which leverages the capabilities, assets, and resources of the private sector to drive improvements in Nigeria’s health outcomes and achieve universal health coverage. She is an experienced, highly collaborative, team player with relevant Board-level experience, superior business acumen and a demonstrable track record in the Health and Allied sectors. A Healthcare administrator with over two decades of experience in the Health services, Financial & ICT sectors. Her experience spans across Strategic Planning, Operational and Risk Management particularly in the private sector having worked at Lagoon and St. Nicholas Hospitals before veering into mainstream insurance at Healthcare International Ltd, and later Oceanic Health Management Ltd as one of three pioneer staff. She moved to GlobeMed Healthcare Solutions, a multinational Third-Party Administrator (TPA) as the Medical Director before leaving to join Health Assur Ltd, as the pioneer MD/CEO and then later to the health diagnostics sector at Synlab Nigeria, a member of Synlab Group, Europe’s leading provider of laboratory diagnostic services, where she served as the Chief Executive Officer before joining the PSHAN team. She holds a degree in Medicine & Surgery, graduating from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos in 1999. She also has a post-graduate Diploma and Master’s in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, University of London. She is actively involved in mentoring students and young professionals and works with several charities and non-profits to raise funds for community health initiatives. ‘Debo has over two decades of experience spanning the Finance and Health Insurance fields. A graduate of Banking and Finance from the Ogun State University; he was responsible for tax inspection and budgeting for several years at the Lagos State Ministry of Economic Planning & Budget and the Internal Revenue Service. He joined Oceanic Health in 2008 as the Head of Informal Sector and Mass Markets, responsible for the development and coordination of products to mass and informal market sectors. The combination of health insurance knowledge as well as finance made him better aware of the lapses, and the potentials of the health insurance industry. A Nigerian Chartered Accountant, Business Executive and Entrepreneur. He has over thirty-five years cumulative business management experience spanning various fields in the real sector of the economy. He has been the Chairman of LEOPARDSON COMMERCIAL LTD (RC: 351,092) since his retirement from paid employment in 2018. He has held various Management and Board appointments in several blue-chip companies including CAP Plc, PCI LTD (A licensee of Du Pont de Nemours Int.), the Comet Newspaper and The Nation Newspapers among others. Mr. Odunewu trained as a Mathematics teacher at the University of Lagos before obtaining an HND at the Yaba College of Technology in Accounting. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1995. He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria Since 1992. Mr. Odunewu is a Life member of Ikoyi Club 1938. A Nigerian Banker, Accountant, Economist, Entrepreneur and Business Executive. He has over thirty years cumulative work experience spanning the Public and the Private sectors of the Nigerian economy with seven years in the Public service, fourteen years in the banking industry and fourteen years as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He has been the Managing Director/CEO of CRC Credit Bureau Limited, a premier credit bureau established by ten foremost Nigerian banks in association with a world-renowned credit rating company, Dun and Bradstreet since its establishment in 2008. Prior to this, he was also the pioneer CEO of the Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA), an agency established by the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) to stimulate entrepreneurship endeavours and business growth in the FCT. Before then, he was in the banking industry where he rose to the position of the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and General Manager of a publicly listed bank. Dr. Popoola holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), two master’s degrees in Banking & Finance and Economics from the University of Lagos and a PhD in Finance from WITS Business School, University of The Witwatersrand. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS)’s Senior Management Programme (SMP 12) and the Wharton Business School’s Advanced Management Programme (AMP 67). He has also attended executive education programmes at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Harvard Business School, the International Management and Development (IMD), Switzerland and the Kellogg School of Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and seven other professional bodies. He holds several awards and recognitions especially for his role in Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Finance and Youth Empowerment. These include Ambassador for Peace and the Nigerian Winner of both the 1st Pan African Prize for Entrepreneurial Teacher and the Partners for Excellence in Education and Learning (PEEL) Role Model (Children Mentor) awards in 2007, and Credit Bureau CEO of the year 2018. He is also a proud recipient of a special Ministerial recognition and commendation for his innovation and promotion of youth enterprise in the FCT.
